📦 Made-to-Order & Custom Products

All our products are printed or produced on demand, and many include custom designs or customer-uploaded content.
For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect size or color selection

    • Customer errors in uploaded artwork or text

  • All sales are final unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives with a production error, damage, or incorrect design:

  1. Contact us at info@upodz.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

  3. We’ll quickly arrange a free replacement or refund.


🔁 Exchanges

We don’t offer traditional exchanges, but if your product is faulty or incorrect, your replacement will be processed as a new order at no cost to you.


📮 Returns Process

If we authorize a return:

  • You’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of approval.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
